Membership Joining Criteria
In order to maintain a high quality directory, members can nominate other independent individuals or businesses to be listed. They must be personally known to the member in a professional capacity. Once a proposal has been made it will be put to the members and if a majority agree membership will be given.
All members must agree to our Code of Conduct.
All members must have a publicly visible online presence (website and/or social media).
In addition certain categories have additional requirements as follows:

| Funeral Director | Must be a member of NAFD or SAIF or must have begun the application process. Freelance funeral directors must use a premises that is a member or has begun the application process. Must have as a minimum public liability and professional indemnity insurance. |
| Funeral Celebrant | Must have received recognised face to face training from a reputable organisation. Online qualifications are not recognised. Must have as a minimum public liability insurance. |
| End of Life Doula | Must have received recognised face to face training from a reputable organisation. Online qualifications are not recognised. Must have as a minimum public liability insurance. Must have as a minimum a standard DBS check. |
Membership cost
There is a minimal contribution of £20 requested per year to cover the costs of administering the network.
